DESCENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Ideal for a smooth discovery of the Ardèche river ideal with children, these family descents are accessible to all.
The 8km Mini Descent allows a nice discovery of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, on smooth and peaceful water. A few rapids, including the legendary Charlemagne slide, will take you to the Pont D'arc.
The Mini Descent "maxi" of 12 km will allow you to test the slides as well as the rapids for a few thrills with your family or friends.
FOR SPORTIVE PEOPLE

For a more sporty approach, choose one of these 24 to 32 km courses and enjoy a whole day in a canoe or kayak, while savoring the swim breaks.
The 24 km Descent allows you to reach the final base of Sauze in several hours of sailing with a slightly more physical approach to the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
The 32 km and 36 km descents are intended for the most athletic and require a fairly intense physical effort although they are accessible to most, including children. No less than 11 rapids will give you something to shiver over as well as a passage under the Pont d'Arc to finally reach the Sauze landing pier.

With a complete descent of the Ardèche river, these formulas allow you to experience a bivouac in the heart of the Gorges (Gaud or Gournier).
Descents of 32 or 36 km over 2 days allows you to enjoy at a leisurely pace, leaving room for swimming and breaks at the water's edge.
Descents of 8 + 24 km or 24 + 8 km include a mini-descent of 8 km on the first day and a more sustained descent of 24 km on the second day or vice versa.
The 12 + 24 km or 24 + 12 km Descents benefit from the same conditions and allow you to choose the formula that suits you best.

GOOD TO KNOW
Places
The rear seat of the boat is ideal for person of 13 years of age and over. The front seat of the boat is best for a child aged 7 to 12 or to an adult.
Children
A 3rd seat in the center of the canoes can be converted to accommodate children from 7 to 12 years old so that they are surrounded by adults.
Security
It is imperative to know how to swim, wearing a life jacket is compulsory, descents are prohibited for children under 7 years of age, a parent or a qualified instructor must accompany any minor.
Our 4-legged friends
Faithful companions are welcome on the canoe, however they must be mastered by their owners to avoid any problems. Only authorized on descents of 8 and 12 km. In the nature reserve, they are prohibited.
